Christina Hall
Christina is Director of Operations, and her role ensures that services meet the needs of clients and stakeholders and are responsive to any emerging needs too.
She has worked for the charity since 2000 but has worked in prisons and the probation sector since 1997. After gaining a degree in Mathematics, Christina worked in the commercial sector, including the recruitment industry. In addition to her degree, she also achieved a diploma in careers guidance.
She says the most inspiring part of her role is getting to see people move away from the criminal justice system and build a positive future for themselves and their families.
What’s the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
“Remember the starting point is where your client is.”
What’s your favourite motto?
“It’s not a motto but a phrase I’m known for, ‘I need to know’. My mother tells me my first word was ‘Why?’”.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
“Walking my dog and I like to be near the sea.”
