Karla Marris

Karla Marris is LAT's HR Manager. Her main responsibility is to lead and deliver all strategic and operational HR requirements within LAT.

Karla has a degree in Business and Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Lincoln. Over the last 11 years, she has worked in various HR roles since leaving university. These have included working in probation, health and social care and retail.

What excited you most about joining LAT?

"Don't underestimate your gut feeling"
