We have a proud history of providing support to people in the community who are involved in the criminal justice system. Our teams work closely with the Probation Service to ensure interventions take full account of risk and desistence factors, with the aim of reducing reoffending.
Personal Wellbeing
Our Personal Wellbeing service is available across Lincolnshire to men supervised by the Probation Service. It includes support with:
- Mental health support e.g. depression, anxiety
- Accessing GP, counselling or other mental health services
- Developing positive coping strategies
- Feeling purposeful
- Managing emotions
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Reducing isolation
- Integrating into the community
- Physical health
- Break down in positive relationships
- Accessing external support to assist with health and wellbeing
The service provides a safe space for men to talk about the challenges they are facing, often utilising peer support in a small group setting.
