We are looking to appoint a number of new Trustees to the Board of Lincolnshire Action Trust and are particularly seeking to bring more diversity of perspective and experience. The Trustees here are a mixture of people from different professions and backgrounds, united by the importance of social justice, and of a safe and fair criminal justice system, with victim’s interests at the heart of work with people with convictions.
We are looking for people who can maintain clear boundaries with operational activities, can think independently, display integrity and most importantly, who embody the values of our charity.
We are seeking to extend the Board’s expertise in the following areas:
- Legal
- Financial / accountancy
- Income generation / fundraising
- Digital skills
- Lived experiences aligned with those of our clients
