Claire Burton
Claire is the Head of Community Services and is responsible for supporting the teams delivering services across Lincolnshire. She joined LAT as she was inspired by the charity's ethos and genuine passion of everyone and is excited to see first-hand how people overcome their challenges to live full lives.
She gained a master’s degree in Charity Leadership and has worked in the charitable sector for 20 years, including senior management roles in a local grassroots charity and a national housing charity for people with convictions.

“I read copious amounts of books, walk the dogs and try my hand at DIY.”
