Daniel Callaghan
Daniel is the lead trustee for safeguarding and recruitment and retention. He also has specific responsibility for support offered to children and young people through the Young Oasis programme.
He is an Executive Primary Headteacher with a degree in Science and Education Studies. He describes LAT as a forward-thinking organisation, one that seeks to change the trajectory of those they serve, benefitting individuals and their families as well as the community and society.
Daniel says the most rewarding part of his role is witnessing at first hand the impact of the work of LAT's incredible staff team. He says their kindness, determination and expertise are truly humbling and that it is an honour and a privilege to see how they change lives daily.

“The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.”
What do you like to do in your spare time?
“I am an avid sports fan and love going to watch my football team, Nottingham Forest, and spending time with my family of course!”
