David Libiszewski
David joined LAT’s Board in December 2020 and he primarily focuses on governance, risk and board assurance.
He has an honours degree in pharmacy and worked in the NHS for 41 years. He undertook various senior roles including Chief Pharmacist, Hospital Director, and Head of Governance. When he retired, he became a trustee for St Barnabas Hospice, which he has done for nine years, and he is now the Vice Chair. He has also been an Independent Monitoring Board (IMB) member for HMP Lincoln for over nine years, and he is now an IMB member for HMP Morton Hall.
He joined LAT because he was aware of the passion and commitment of the organisation in supporting the rehabilitation and resettlement of individuals involved in the criminal justice system. He also wanted to give back to society and be a part of an innovative, inspiring organisation.
