Dr Stephen Turner
Stephen is a Board Member at LAT, with specific responsibility for compliance and sustainability issues. He brings expertise in law and business, as well as a strong academic background in environmental law and sustainability.
Stephen has a background in criminal defence litigation, having represented clients across a wide range of cases, particularly in the London area. He describes LAT as an organisation that makes a real difference in people's lives, offering crucial support during times of significant stress and uncertainty.
Stephen says the most rewarding part of his role is hearing first-hand accounts of how LAT’s staff have helped individuals in difficult circumstances. He finds the impact of the team's work both inspiring and humbling.
