Paige Thornally
Paige Thornally is a Senior Personal Wellbeing Practitioner; her role is to support and supervise the Personal Wellbeing Team, as well as provide support and guidance to clients who are going through a challenging time to help them to make positive changes and improve their wellbeing.
Paige completed a psychology degree before joining LAT in 2021 as a Personal Wellbeing Practitioner and she has since progressed to Senior Personal Wellbeing Practitioner in 2024.
What excited Paige the most about joining LAT was the opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s lives helping them to become happier versions of themselves. Also, the varied role means no two days are the same.
The most inspiring and rewarding part of Paige’s role is witnessing the strength of the men who have spent time in the criminal justice system. After putting so much hard work into transforming their lives, it’s such a special moment when she sees them laugh and smile for the first time. Paige feels honoured to be able to watch their progression and celebrating their successes is rewarding for both them and her.
