Rob Whelan
Rob is CRS Manager for the Personal Wellbeing Service and Women‘s Services and he provides leadership and support to two hard-working teams across Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire.
Rob started at LAT at an early age. Since then, he has worked in probation, in prisons and in police stations providing support across various projects. He has also established volunteering projects and delivered training and group work to clients, staff and volunteers.
Being able to help others in a world where every day is different is what excited Rob the most about joining the charity. He was also excited about having the opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives. He says the most rewarding part of his role is when he sees someone he helped previously and sees how much they have progressed.
