Bev Cranston
Bev is the HR Manager, and her main responsibility is to lead and deliver on all strategic and operational HR requirements within LAT, ensuring consistency and fairness to both staff and the organisation.
She is most excited to have the opportunity to be part of an organisation that positively empowers people and seeing individuals grow and develop is one of the most inspiring and rewarding parts of the role.
Bev has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln and has held various business development and human resource management roles throughout her career.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
"I enjoy watching live musical theatre - in fact anything ‘live’; crime dramas on TV, walking in the middle of nowhere, skiing, spending time with loved ones and my golden retriever."
