- Providing information about relevant legislation
- Supporting you when making a decision about the relevance of an individual’s criminal record to your vacancy
- Giving advice on how to minimise and manage any potential risk issues within your workplace and supporting you with understanding any necessary risk assessments
- Identifying training courses and funding opportunities that the individual may be eligible for
- Offering a support package for you and the individual during the first few weeks of their new job
