We’re delighted to confirm that we have been re-accredited to the matrix Standard, demonstrating the high quality Information Advice and Guidance services we provide for people directly and indirectly impacted by the criminal justice system.

LAT employs over 80 staff who deliver interventions to over 20,000 people each year in police custody suites, prisons, probation offices and community settings, to empower individuals to fulfil their potential and achieve the best outcomes for themselves and their families.  High quality information, advice and guidance has always been a core aspect of all our interventions.

The matrix Standard is the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and/or guidance (IAG), either as their sole purpose or as part of their service offering.

Roger Chapman, Head of the matrix Service for The Growth Company said: “This is a fantastic achievement for Lincolnshire Action Trust and I would like to congratulate the team on their success. We believe that at the heart of high-quality advice and support services are strong leadership, excellent service and a focus on continuous improvement, all underpinned by effective use of the resources available.  The matrix Standard is designed to benchmark organisations against best practice in these areas.  With their accreditation success, Lincolnshire Action Trust is working to provide the best possible support to their clients.”

Commenting on the award, Alison Goddard, LAT’s Chief Executive, said: “LAT has held the prestigious Matrix accreditation continuously since it was first introduced in 2002.  We are really pleased that our commitment to ensuring the highest quality delivery for our clients continues to be recognised by this external standard”
